CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Due to the nature of most construction projects, there is a fundamental need for high level coordination and management of the drawings, specifications and schedule with the subcontractors and consultants. In a construction management agreement our team will act as the General Contractor that manages the construction process on behalf of the client.

 

Using our knowledge of the construction industry and the contacts developed over decades of experience we can hand select the most suitable subcontractors to complete the works, and recommend them to the client, who ultimately will engage them directly.

 

Once the engagement of the subcontracts is done, our team will manage the subcontractors throughout the construction process, to ensure that the project hits it’s milestones, and is completed on budget and always to the highest quality.
