PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Through the preconstruction phase, our team will provide their expertise and knowledge to assist the consultant team in preparing and reviewing documentation and specifications, whilst identifying any inconsistencies and deficiencies that will affect the constructability of a project.

 

In these early stages, the team will also help with compiling an accurate budget/estimate, giving confidence in the project team prior to going out to bid. Additional value engineering options will also be developed, giving the client the opportunity to adjust the design depending on the financial status.

The team will also focus on compiling a desired project schedule, that takes into consideration trade overlap, phasing, procurement of Owner Supplied Items (OSI) and key milestone dates.

 

Early preparation in these key areas, will assist in establishing a successful project for the future.
